Commercial & Industrial
The working floor is the connecting link of the
entire plant, from raw materials arrival to finished goods delivery.
All tasks performed are initiated from the floor. All employees
of the plant constantly test the safety factor of the floor with
every step taken. The floor is one area of the plant that cannot
be changed after it has been placed in service, without down time
and/or great expense. That is why you need to be sure not only of
the type of system used on your floor, but also of the experience
and quality of the contractor applying it. Concrete Floor Protection offers you over 25 years of hands on experience, as well as their extensive range of manufacturers from which to choose the right system for your floor.
Major benefits from CFP floors include:
- Hygienic, waterproof and highly resistant to grease, fuel,
acids and even heat
- Light reflection and general safety greatly improved
- Floor maintenance & cleaning costs reduced
Our regular client base is second to none and they include:
Harvey Norman (throughout NSW & ACT)
CFP was initially chosen to repair the warehouse
facility of over 6 units for this retail giant and since we’ve
repaired and applied coatings to many of their other sites
throughout NSW. Existing concrete was badly worn through constant
abuse from fork-lift traffic. A seamless self-smoothing epoxy
compound was used which levelled the whole floor. All joints
were saw-cut and filled with a flexible jointing compound.

Qantas Hangar (Mascot Airport)
CFP were chosen to apply a 3-coat epoxy
system to over 5,000 sq. metres in one of Qantas’ largest
hangars. Existing concrete and joints were badly damaged and
worn, and needed to be repaired for the heavy traffic that
drives over it.

WSN Environmental Solutions (Homebush Bay)
CFP was once again chosen to apply an 8mm
Polyurethane Concrete Flooring System to this very busy waste
transfer station. The concrete was badly worn and the coating
that was applied needed to handle the heavy abuse it gets
from every
day usage.

Macquarie University (Sydney)
CFP was again chosen to fix the problems
this University had with all of its external stairs. With
Workers’ Compensation becoming a major headache throughout
all industries, it’s even more important to fix safety
problems the right way the first time. |

The Independent Liquor Group, Erskine Park
The builder had a big problem with joints
in this warehouse facility and even though they had other
contractors attempt to repair them, they were still breaking
up on both sides. CFP repaired them to builders’ satisfaction. |
